Try T1 Answer free for your first 30 days of live service with a 12-month agreement. The free period counts as month one. If you continue, Answer is $350 per month for the remaining 11 months. How does the 30-day Answer satisfaction guarantee work?
Your 30 days begin when Answer goes live, not when you sign. Not fully satisfied? Email hello@clearpilotconsulting.com before your first 30 days of live service end to cancel with no further obligation. Your setup fee remains waived—no charge-back. If you continue, the remaining 11 months of your agreement apply at $350/month. This guarantee is for the T1 Answer special offer only.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. A one-time $500 setup fee applies to each tier: T1 Answer, T2 Get Found, and T3 Grow. The setup fee is waived with a 12-month agreement on any tier. The free month and 30-day satisfaction guarantee are specific to the T1 Answer special offer.
Do the plans add together?
No. Each plan includes everything in the plans below it. Get Found at $750 per month already includes everything in Answer, and Grow at $1,500 per month includes everything in Answer and Get Found.
What if my business has more than one location?
Each additional location adds $300 per month. One location is included in the plan price. Each additional location includes only T1 Answer and T2 Get Found services. T3 Grow services, including full website creation and maintenance, are not included in this fee.
What does the $250 per hour rate cover?
The $250 per hour rate applies only to customization outside what your plan includes, such as a custom integration or a build we do not normally offer. Included features do not incur this hourly customization rate. The standard one-time $500 setup fee is separate and is waived with a 12-month agreement. We tell you before any hourly work starts.
Is website creation really included in Grow?
Yes. The Grow plan includes creating your website and maintaining it, alongside everything in Answer and Get Found.
