What is AI lead enrichment?

It is research on a list you already have, such as event or trade-show attendees, to add names, current titles, business emails, direct mobile numbers where available, LinkedIn URLs, and useful company details. You receive an enriched spreadsheet.

What file formats can I provide?

CSV, XLSX, or XLS files up to 5 MB through the upload form, or a Google Sheet shared privately with clearpilot-bot@mail.grokbot.com as a viewer. Keep general access restricted; do not publish a list with public link sharing.

Will every contact have every field?

No. Data availability varies by person and company. We research what is available, mark the gaps, and never invent details. We do not guarantee deliverability or results.

Do I have to buy outreach too?

No. Enrichment stands on its own. Sequencing adds outreach, Feedback adds engagement tracking and insights, and Smart Followup includes the complete system. You can move up later. Outreach is scoped and approved first.

Will you send messages to my list automatically?

No. Outreach only happens with your approval, appropriate permissions, and a setup that follows each platform's rules. SMS and other channels are subject to consent requirements.

Is this part of the Answer, Get Found, or Grow plans?

No. Lead enrichment is a separate service with four monthly tiers: Enrichment at $1,500 per month, Sequencing at $2,500 per month, Feedback at $3,500 per month, Smart Followup at $5,000 per month. Choosing a plan in the form does not charge you; scope and billing are confirmed first.

Are CRM integration, lead magnets, and AI avatar video extra?

CRM integration, lead magnet build-out, and AI avatar video are included in the Smart Followup premium plan. They are not separate add-on selections. Deliverables, scope, and platform requirements are agreed before work begins.
