In one minute

What custom automation means for an owner.

  1. 01If your team does the same task every week, it can probably run itself.
  2. 02ClearPilot designs custom AI automations around how your business actually runs, connected to the tools you already use.
  3. 03Sales and lead follow-up. Operations and admin. Finance, hiring, customer experience, and marketing.
  4. 04And when the tool you need doesn't exist yet, we build it, including custom web and mobile apps.
  5. 05Every build includes the right checkpoints, so anything customer-facing can wait for a human approval.
  6. 06Start with a free Automation Assessment: a short AI interview, recommendations reviewed by ClearPilot, and a free thirty-minute meeting.
  7. 07Less busywork. Fewer dropped balls. More revenue found.

01Why custom

Off-the-shelf software solves average problems. Your business has specific ones.

Every business has a handful of tasks that eat hours, slip through the cracks, or quietly cost revenue. We find those, then build automations that fit your tools and your team.

01

Time back for your team

Data entry, follow-ups, and reporting move without someone pushing them, so people spend their hours on customers.

02

Revenue you were leaving behind

Stale leads, unsent quotes, and lapsed customers get noticed and acted on before they go cold.

03

Built on what you have

We start with your CRM, inbox, calendar, accounting, and spreadsheets. No rip-and-replace required.

02One automation, end to end

From call notes to a sent proposal, with you in the loop.

01 A call ends. Notes sit in a notebook, and the quote waits until Friday.

Illustrative example of one custom automation, not a live system or client result.

03What we build

48 automations across seven areas of your business.

Do not see your process? That is usually where the best opportunities hide. Bring it to your assessment.

Marked items include a human approval step by design.

05How it works

From busywork to built, in four legs.

  1. 01

    Assess

Your free Automation Assessment: a short form, then a 10–15 minute AI interview about how work moves through your business.

  2. 02

    Map & scope

ClearPilot reviews the analysis, then walks you through the opportunities in a free 30-minute review. If you want to proceed, we scope and quote first.

  3. 03

    Build & test

We build around your existing tools, with approval steps where money, hiring, outreach, or other sensitive actions are involved.

  4. 04

    Launch & tune

We go live, document the workflow so your team can run it, and refine it as your business changes.

06Scope & pricing

Scoped first. Quoted before we build.

Standard plans

Our monthly tiers cover the inclusions listed on the pricing page. Custom automations are not bundled into those tiers.

See standard plans

Custom projects

$250 / hour

Each project is scoped up front with a written quote, so you know what will be built and what it costs before work begins.

07Straight answers

Custom automations, answered.

What are custom automations?

Custom automations are workflows, AI agents, and apps built around a specific process in your business, such as turning call notes into a proposal or chasing overdue invoices. They are scoped individually, separate from the standard tier inclusions on our pricing page.

How are custom automations priced?

Custom work is scoped up front and quoted before anything is built, based on our $250 per hour custom work rate. You see the scope and the quote first. Custom projects are separate from what is included in our standard plans.

Do I need to switch software?

Usually not. We start with the tools you already use, such as your CRM, email, calendar, accounting software, and spreadsheets, and connect them where those tools allow it. If a different tool would genuinely help, we will explain why, but it is never required to start.

Will AI make decisions about money, hiring, or customers without me?

No. Finance actions, hiring decisions, outbound outreach, and other sensitive actions are designed with a human approval step. Automations prepare drafts, flag issues, and organize information; your team approves what goes out or gets paid.

What if my process is not on the list?

That is common, and often where the best opportunities are. If your team does it repeatedly, describe it in your free Automation Assessment and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth automating.

Can you get my business recommended by ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews?

We can improve how clearly AI tools can find, understand, and cite your business. No one can guarantee that an AI tool will recommend a specific business.

Do you build mobile apps?

Yes. Custom mobile apps for field teams, customers, or members are scoped and quoted as custom projects, with platforms and features agreed before work begins.
